On the 23rd of August we went on a camp to Mount Ruapehu and learnt how to ski
it was fun and tiring we did some ski lessons. And learnt how to ski properly the first ski lesson was
about how to put the skis on and off, how to stop and turn the second lesson was about
racing and using all the skills that we do in the first lesson. And using all the skills that we do in the first lesson. It was fun because we had free time after the second lesson and we could go on the chair lifts
in practice all the skills that we learnt. I was surprised about how I learnt how to ski in two sessions
I had fun because I've never skied before. And it was a new experience for me it was also fun
because I've never touch snow before. And it was a good chance to know my friend's better.
It was also fun because I've never been on the chair lifts before or gondola. It was cool that we got the whole upstairs of the cafe to are selves. And got to buy hot chips. It was also cool that we got to go to

or the top of happy valley for the bottom of Happy Valley. Were the line for the chair lifts were
it was very exciting because on the first ride I was with my friends and we were telling jokes. We had our own rooms that we had to keep it clean for a prize.
It was very fun because we gotta throw snowballs at each other and have snowball fights it was challenging but we did it. And at the end you know how to ski on the first night we had devilled sausages with salad with mayonnaise in my opinion skiing was the best part of my day.
