Beach clean

                                                      Beach clean
On the last day of term we walked to Waikowhai Beach to pick up rubbish as we walked through the bush cars past. We held our climate change signs that we made in front of the cars that passed so they could see the sign about 20 minutes to get down the road when we got down we put our signs in Mrs Najaks car. We ran down the big concrete stairs and went to pick up rubbish we got put into groups so we didn't get lost. Me, Tyson and Ethan found coconut shells with rubbish and crabs plastic bags under the sand and some people even found tyres. I found a plastic bag in the ground snails and crabs in it the crabs were pinching the plastic bag and suffocating luckily I got them out in time. I even found a shrimp in sewage water and tyres a concrete slab near the shoreline was holding two plastic bags.

There where heaps of crabs near the end of the Trail pinching my shoes one of the crabs was as big as my hand and it pinched  so hard. We found a tire in the water since we couldn't get the tire out of the water Miss Sands had to call the council. But we don't know if it the council picked it up yet. My friend Ethan found a 5-cent coin it was lying on the sand it was a bit rusty and old. It was just sitting in a little pond in the sand under one of the rocks there was one plastic bag full of rubbish and junk that someone just threw because they were too lazy to put it in the bin.
