Hi bloggers to day I'll be blogging about high jump on the 7th of November the whole of Te Waka Ako did a rotation where we swap from high jump, long jump and sprints. Me and my friends did a technique where you run jump turn on your back and land on your back. This technique was useful for when you couldn't make it with the scissors jump. Sprints was the most fun for me because me and Jacob and Joshua were the fastest in the nine year old boys but me and Jacob are the fifth fastest in the whole Hauraki. Here is some photos.
